Two-Factor Authentication

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is required for all employee accounts to ensure secure access to company resources.

Supported Methods:

• Authenticator Apps (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator)
• SMS-based verification
• Hardware security keys

Authorization Levels

Access to company systems is determined by authorization levels:

• Level 1: Basic employee access
• Level 2: Department manager access
• Level 3: Senior management access
• Level 4: Administrator access

Setting Up 2FA

1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to Security Settings
3. Select your preferred 2FA method
4. Complete the verification process
5. Save backup codes in a secure location

⚠️ Important: Keep your backup codes safe. If you lose access to your 2FA method, you'll need these codes to regain access.
