Two-Factor Authentication
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is required for all employee accounts to ensure secure access to company resources.
Supported Methods:
- Authenticator Apps (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator)
- SMS-based verification
- Hardware security keys
Authorization Levels
Access to company systems is determined by authorization levels:
- Level 1: Basic employee access
- Level 2: Department manager access
- Level 3: Senior management access
- Level 4: Administrator access
Setting Up 2FA
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to Security Settings
- Select your preferred 2FA method
- Complete the verification process
- Save backup codes in a secure location
⚠️ Important: Keep your backup codes safe. If you lose access to your 2FA method, you'll need these codes to regain access.
